Our team trains twice a week in our gym. Training sessions usually runs in this order:
- Warm-up/cardio
- Grapling training
- Technique review/practice
- Drills
- Armoured training
Not all training sessions happens in armour. Drills and techniques are usually practiced in soft kit.
