When and how do we train?

Our team trains twice a week at our gym in Athenry. A typical training session follows this structure:

  1. Warm-up/cardio
  2. Grappling training
  3. Technique review/practice
  4. Drills
  5. Armoured training

Not every session involves armour. Drills and technique work are usually practised in soft kit.

Tuesdays

6:30pm – 8:30pm

Sundays

10am – 12pm
